Logistics strategy and the structure of improvement organizations.
Explaining what can be achieved through the organization of logistics, strategic, and enterprise systems!
It has been 30 years since I became involved in logistics. From the perspective of my experience in logistics companies and my experience in business consulting, I have closely observed the changes in logistics and supply chains. Over the past 30 years, logistics and supply chains have evolved at an accelerating pace. When I joined a logistics company as a new graduate, the operations were primarily manual (I personally gained practical experience as a charter driver for 4-ton trucks, a delivery driver for parcel collection, and a forklift operator in a warehouse). Instead of each person having a personal computer, there was one computer per department, and operations were carried out almost entirely by hand, with forklifts being the only exception, in a world largely untouched by automation or labor-saving technologies. *You can view the detailed content of the blog through the related links.
